Kids Ministry

Children are important to us at LightHouse Fellowship

We provide a safe environment for children to learn the good news about Jesus Christ and how they can know Him. We will come alongside parents to equip your children to grow as followers of Jesus Christ. Our children’s workers undergo background checks annually and are equipped to ensure safety for our families. Children are encouraged to attend Bible Study at 9:30 AM Sunday morning as well as Kids Worship at 10:45 AM.

"Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)

Revolution Student Ministry

We seek to help our young adults grow spiritually.

This generation of youth are confronted by tremendous pressure, incredible challenges, and rapid redefinitions of morality. We provide a safe environment for young people to examine the truths of God's word, believe those truths and apply them to their lives. We strive to equip this generation to be lifelong followers of Jesus Christ in the midst of a culture at war against biblical Christianity. Our youth leaders are screened annually to ensure safety for our families.

We have a youth Bible Study Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM. We host a youth gathering Wednesday evenings from 6 PM - 8 PM. Our youth serve monthly at Morning Star Mission. “‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.’ ‘Ah, Sovereign Lord,’ I said, ‘I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.’ But the Lord said to me, ‘Do not say, “I am only a child.” You must go to everyone I send you to. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,’ declares the Lord.” Jeremiah 1:5-8 (NIV)

Small Group Bible Study

Equipping one another as disciples of Jesus Christ to be conformed into His image.

The Bible is the inspired word of God and and is our final authority for faith and practice. We generally study through books of the Bible. Like Ezra, we help one another study the word of God and practice it. Our goal is to be doers of the word and not mere hearers.

We learn how to understand the scriptures through principles of biblical interpretation. We help each other learn the point of the passage, as originally written, and the meaning for us today. Then we find applications of the truth for our lives. Furthermore, all of our classes study the same passage each week, so families can discuss the passage together. We have classes for all age ranges. Our goal is to have different options for you to choose from so you are encouraged and challenged to learn and grow! “Let the peace of Christ control your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the Word of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom.” — Colossians 3:15,16

Women’s Ministry

The women of LightHouse Fellowship desire to discover and develop the attributes of a godly woman.

The women of LightHouse Fellowship desire to discover and develop the attributes of a godly woman. We share the good news and love of Jesus Christ though fellowship and friendship with other women. We help each other develop our spiritual gifts. We mentor new believers by learning God’s word and prayer. We strive to help each other become women of prayer. “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” Proverbs 31:30 (NIV)

On Mission

LightHouse Fellowship has been given the command to make disciples of all the nations.

We are working together to represent Jesus to our neighbors and the nations. God has ordained for the local church to advance the gospel locally and globally, and has empowered us by the Holy Spirit to display and declare the glories of Jesus Christ found in the gospel. We equip one another to explain the good news about the perfect life, substitutionary death and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ to people where we live, work, study and play. And we develop partnerships with missionaries and organizations around the world who faithfully engage people with the gospel.
